RNASA Stellar Award Nomination Forms
This year, we will be accepting the Stellar Award nomination forms via an online web form instead of via email. All nominations submitted through the online form will be accepted by the Stellar Committee, so please ensure that each has been reviewed and approved by your organization's awards office or appropriate organizational coordinator prior to submittal. Each nominator will receive an automatic email as a record that the nomination was successfully submitted. If there are any problems or issues with the content of your submittal, the nominator will be notified by the Stellar Award Committee.
For the one-page narrative write-up, you will select those files from your desktop and upload them.

Please be sure to fill out all form fields, including a citation, and attach the nomination narrative per the instructions shown. A confirmation e-mail will only be sent to the nominator at this time.
E-mail confirmations may take up to 24 hours or may be in your "Spam" folder. If you still have not received your e-mail confirmation by Wednesday, December 20, please contact Irene Chan at web@rnasa.org.
In order to be considered, the nominations must be received no later than Monday, December 18, 2023. Please note that on January 22, 2024, the Stellar Award nominees will receive notification of their nominations, as well as an invitation to the events of April 26, 2024, via email from the Stellar Awards Committee. Please consider notifying your nominees prior to that date, if you prefer to notify them first.
Word Version of Nomination Forms - Not for Submittal
The Word versions of the nomination forms are provided so that organizations can circulate them internally, but nominations will not be accepted by email; organizations must enter the data into the online forms for submittal.
