TICKET/TABLE INFORMATION
Attendance at the annual
Rotary National Award for Space Achievement banquet is by invitation or through
corporate sponsorship only. Accredited news media interested in attending the
event should contact RNASA Foundation Chairman Rodolfo Gonzalez to reserve
tickets. For security reasons, all individuals must provide identification
when picking up their tickets on the night of the banquet. On the evening of the banquet, please stop by the registration table at the foot of the lobby escalator to find out your table location.
The 2008 banquet will be held at the Hyatt Regency Houston on Friday, April 25, 2008.
A limited number of single
tickets are available to Space Center Rotary club members and current or
retired NASA or military employees.
Interested corporate sponsors may reserve tables at the banquet or provide other support such as placing a congratulatory ad in the program book. There are a limited number of tables, and they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors may choose to offer up to four of their seats to government invitees. The deadline for table reservations for the 2008 banquet was March 21, 2008.To inquire about post-deadline availability, please contact Bill Taylor.
Corporate tables are reserved by filling out the 2008 RNASA Table Reservation Form.
