Congratulations, Stellar Nominee!

Nominee, please download and complete the reservation form as soon as possible. This form is used by the RNASA Stellar Awards committee to confirm your attendance at the events of Friday, April 25, 2008 and to verify our contact information about you.  Please RSVP by March 21, 2008.

Instructions:

1. Download the form StellarRSVP.xls (Microsoft Excel 2003) and save to your computer locally.

2. Fill out the form, and then save with the nominee's (or nominated team representative's last name) appended to the end of the file name (for example, StellarRSVPMitchell.xls)

3. E-mail the file to shelley.baccus-1@nasa.gov.

Please complete these steps by Friday, March 21, 2008. 

Please note that the RSVP form is only for Stellar Award Nominees or Nominated Team Representatives. Other individuals who wish to obtain information about attending the National Space Trophy Dinner should contact Bill Taylor at 281-488-2733, or by e-mail at sales@rnasa.org.
